1.         Application to the Centre Commandant

2.         Special Financial Aid Form (PAFZ-3060)

3.         Discharge Book (Photo Copy)  

4.         Pension Book (Photo Copy)        

5.         Groom CNIC (Photo Copy)     

6.         Bride CNIC (Photo Copy)      

7.         Nikha Nama (Photo Copy)     

8.         Rukhsati Certificate (Photo Copy)

10.       Marriage Registration Certificate with NADRA

11.       All Documents will be verified from HWO of the Area and will be attested Deputy Director DASB Concerned and then forwarded to concerned Regimental Centre.
